Responsibilities

Set and achieve sales targets for residential sales

Use their personal network to find new buyers/investors

Build strong relationship with other agents and developers

Report to the MD progress being made

Identify new residential real estate developments suitable for the company to work with

 

Requirements

+5 years real estate sales experience

Strong track record of sales

Good communicator

Good written and presentation skills

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Self motivated and driven
