Buyers who make reservations and pay the 25% deposit towards their units will only commence payment of the balance 75% when the show-homes are completed in August 2021 (i.e., balance 75% will be paid over 24 months starting from September 2021).
We are offering a standard 24-month payment plan for all purchases. However, payment can be outright; in which case it attracts a discount of USD 9,000, separate from the ‘Early Bird’ discount. Alternatively, for payment plans shorter than 24 months, there are graduated discounts that apply.
